The young lady, student that helped was absolutely great at her job. The tech was perfect, kind informative and efficient. Both were great, the student did an amazing job for her first solo try. Thank you both for your kindness and patience, hard work.

One thing that is needed in the room is a place to hang your clothes. A simple hook would work just fine.

THAT BED!! Top notch! The entire atmosphere was amazing! I was so nervous and all my concerns completely disappeared once i entered the center!! The technician was so warm and friendly! This was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this sleep center!
All was excellent, except I had trouble getting inside at 8pm. There was no sign telling me what to do. After several attempts, I called the phone number on my email and was told to push button close to the concession machines. I still wasn’t sure but pushed the only button I saw and someone came to let me in. Had I not had someone bring me and wait til I got in, I would have panicked!
Jamie was our nurse for the night and she was wonderful and made my daughter feel very comfortable and at home. We were at the Hendersonville location. I will be recommending everyone to go on her nights.

It was hard to hear when trying to buzz in from the front door because of the air conditioning. I could hear thumping and noises but outside of that, experience was good.
Technician is very nice. I do think that you all need to give patient more pillows to sleep on one pillow. I did not sleep well at all, but overall it was a good experience.

The technician at the office did a wonderful job, but she talked too fast to understand what she was saying. It could be my issue with hearing and understanding.
Problem I need to address is that I as well as a representative have left messages with the office re the month long wait to receive the cpap machine. We requested a sooner appointment or obtaining one through another supplier. No response from the doctor’s office in more than a 10 day period. Message states calls/messages returned within 48 hours. Disappointed that the need for the cpap machine I really need ( told that my sleep study classified as severe) cannot be delivered in a timely manner along with no office follow-up. The in office experience is greatly different than the follow through. This score would be “poor”.
My assigned health care professionals were very mannerable, answered all questions checked on me, explained everything, what they were doing at all times. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Room was clean, bathrooms clean. I highly recommend ASCENSION HENDERSONVILLE SLEEP CENTER. Thank you for excellent care.
The bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was excellent.

My experience was first rate from initial contact through the full study. Jaime was patient, well spoken and helpful throughout the actual sleep portion.

The patient room was cozy and quiet felt like a hotel room. My technician was amazing. Very professional and gentle with the sensor set up. Explained the process perfectly. I highly recommend this facility if you need a sleep study.
This was the second Sleep test I've had. I did not expect it to be just wonderful. I can not imagine anyone saying they enjoyed the study. With wires hooked everywhere just getting turning in bed was cumbersome. I ended up sleeping in the chair as when I am flat, my sinuses fill and I can not breathe. One thing that also made the experience miserable was my wrap for my nonhealing wound which I've been in treatment for 16 weeks. The wrap and the blanket on my toes was painful and kept me awake. I hope I was able to sleep long enough to get good data. Carrie, my sleep tech, was terrific. I could not have asked for any better. She was there immediately when called performed her duties professionally and proficiently. Also, she has a caring and friendly attitude.

The staff at the facility are excellent! I was moved to two different rooms because the machine in the first room would not work. The bed in both rooms were hideous, workout and made for a terrible time trying to sleep. Besides that my technician was fantastic! That’s why I gave my low rating on two questions.
