My technician was very good and helpful I was going through some pain and she came in and helped me through it and I thank her very much The bed was not comfortable it was a little bit too hard for my liking but someone else might like it that way it made my back hurt very bad but everything else was good The room was clean and comfortable just not the bed the bathroom was nice so overall I would give it a c

Very good experience overall, the tech was awesome,
 the doctor who recommended the study was great.
The only real notes I have are, I wish there was more time, 
Difficult to get to sleep quickly in a new environment with 
All the equipment attached, and I think a little more time would 
Potentially line up better. I also would appreciate less lights in the 
Room. Its very difficult to fall asleep with so many lights, I think it 
Took a lot longer for me to fall asleep and the events I woke up, it 
Was much harder to get back to sleep, which I think would make 
It more difficult to get the needed data.

The Sleep Technolgist (Ms. Ashley) explained everything very well and was professional and very helpful (and kind) .
The pre-test instructions were complete and easy to understand.

I woke up with one of my usual migraines and it makes me sick. The lady was so nice and professional. My sleep study ended soon and she walked me to the parking garage to make sure I was safe.

My printed instructions on when to arrive were not accurate. I drove 3 hours to get to your location and arrive between 7:15 and 7:30 per my instructions. I rang the doorbell multiple times with no answer. I called the number on the paperwork I was provided and the woman I spoke with was very nice. She said she would call the facility. After another 15 minutes of waiting I called back. I was told that the technician was not supposed to clock in until 8:00 pm. 

I as you this, if I was 30 to 45 minutes late, how would you handle it. She eventually got there at 8:00 and I was able to enter. Everything went smooth after that. I was very disappointed because I made an extra effort to be on time only to wait 45 minutes.

The room was ok... not as comfortable and relaxing as I expected. The bathroom was super dusty and there was no hot water. I let it run for about 7 minutes and it never warmed up. The technologist (person who hooked me up) was kind, but smelled like cigarette smoke and was dropping subtle hints that she didn't want to hear any complaining about me having to be there. I know she was just making small talk, but it didn't make me feel any more welcome or comfortable to sleep there. Overall the sleep study did what it was supposed to. I did the sleep study but I was hoping I would be pleasantly surprised by the staff and atmosphere, but I think it's kind of exactly what you'd expect: a sterile hospital environment disguised as a motel room with a staff that just wants to get through the night. Not a terrible experience but not something I would recommend as I'm sure there are better options out there.

Jamie was wonderful, very kind, personable and helpful. I have additional medical issues and prior to leaving the facility I was getting sick and she was very helpful in assisting me and ensuring I was ok to drive home after and made sure I had what I needed during my stay. I will say the facility could use some upgrades expecially with the shampoo/ body wash provided as it was in a foaming soap dispenser and you had to use an excessive amount to get the job done.

This has been my third sleep study
The first one in 2022 did not complete so therefore did not count

The next one due to Medicare, I received a rating of three where there is a requirement of five in order for a CPAP to be made available

Last night had sleep study, and it was very nice that once again the hot water had been restored in order to clean up Afterwards

I must say that when I tried to get water out of the cold area, it ran hot and when I tried to get water out of the hot area, it ran hot

I pointed this out to the person helping me, and so hopefully that problem will be resolved.

I tried very hard to follow the directions given, and I’m hopeful. The outcome will be positive.

I will say that it was hard to try to shower with the water be as hot as it was, but it was very necessary to remove the sticky things on my scalp that dissolve in hot water.

My 10 year old son is on the spectrum and has limited speech. Brandie was extremely accommodating and even was proactive in trying to offer multiple options on attaching his sensors to relieve his worried anticipation. The beds were comfy, ROKU was more than adequate and the ladies were nice and kind in the evening and in the morning offering me (mother) a coffee and allowed his grandmother to visit during visiting hours with no issue. I am very grateful for accommodations and grace.

The sleep technician was very good with my son. The Comcast wasn't working so she brought him her personal tablet. 
So sweet and she helped keep him calm by talking him through each step. Will definitely recommend.

Patients should be notified that they must be in bed by 11pm in order for the sleep study to get 6 full hours of data. This would be helpful for those that work 2nd or 3rd shift and have a different sleep schedule.

Scheduling has issues. Initial appointment was for 10/7/25. Center called me with a cancellation on 9/16 to come in early. Was called back same day and canceled because there wasn’t enough techs. However, my name was not put back on schedule for initial appointment. So when I arrived on 10/7, I was not on schedule. Happy to have been accommodated and allowed to stay as this was not my fault.

I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the woman's name who took care of me that night. But she was so sweet and comforted me because of my anxiety I was having. When I called on her to use the restroom several times through the night she was right there. As soon as I said anything she responded immediately. She explained everything to me and assured me I would be ok and that she was their for me. And she truly was!! I would do it all over again as long as I had her 😊

Jenna was amazing with my 7yr old son. He is autistic and ADHD and she handled him very well. My son told me several times well she's really nice isn't she, she's really nice mom even though he asked over 1000 questions it seems she answered him each time and did not treat him like a baby like several people do. everything was amazing I think there should be more pillows though for someone who usually sleeps with four only having one was hard but it was not about me it was for my son and he was able to get some sleep. He said he thinks Jenna needs more money lol
